Customer Service Excellence Manager
The successful candidates will be required:
• To manage the development and implementation of customer service excellence and strategy.
• To ensure cost effectiveness projects.
• To develop and implement Customer Service Excellence and Strategy.
• To manage relationship with the Logistics Service Providers.
• To be responsible for cost effectiveness projects implementation.
• To ensure customer / supply chain interface optimization (trade off evaluation of cost to service all customers).
• To develop and manage distribution cost models (use of ABC methodology) – Cost to serve.
• To develop Customer Service contracts including rates negotiation and annual review thereof.
• To ensure the review of logistics trade terms annually.
• To adopt a Customer Service Mindset in all our Relationships
• To manage Customer Order management.
• To maintain, develop & deliver relevant KPI`s and systems.
• To oversee the Customer Innovation program.
• To drive the Customer Service Mindset initiative.
• To manage the Operational Relationship with the Customer.
• To manage Customer Service Performance.
The right candidates must:
• Possess a B.Sc. in any discipline with customer service certification (Possession of MBA will be an added advantage).
• Possess 3 – 5 years work experience in production process.
• Possess excellent customer services skills to ensure that customer requests are received on time.
• Possess the ability to monitor performance and proffer solutions.
• Possess the ability to drive performance of the service providers and ensure no stock-out.
• Have familiarity with stock control techniques and issues
• Possess sound knowledge of MRPII techniques and systems
• Possess good knowledge of MFG.PRO application.
• Be computer literate (Ms- word, Ms-excel, access
