Finance Director

The successful candidates will be required to:

• To conduct business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems and processes.
• To ensure best finance practice processes are implemented, encouraging the team to recommend improvements and solutions as identified.
• To ensure the finance team work with modern finance software which easily performs financial calculations etc.
• To ensure reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts for the management of strategy and liaison with stock market, business press and business analysts community.
• To prepare a tax timetable plan for all types of taxes (VAT, Income Tax and Withholding Tax).
• To ensure regular meeting with government agencies e.g. Board of Internal Revenue.
• To ensure the reconciliation of the Assets Register and Ledger with depreciation charge.
• To ensure the availability of capital allowance schedule recording/ classification of fixed assets.
