Head of Manufacturing
The successful candidates will be required:
• To set sites targets following business strategies.
• To deploy and implement annual plans to deliver service, cost, productivity, quality, innovation and OSHE targets for the sites in accordance with business needs.
• To lead the sites to develop and implement continuous improvement plans to deliver sites targets – manufacturing performance management.
• To lead HR policy deployment and implementation on sites, including management of employee relations.
• To manage and deliver sites financial results: annual budgets, conversion costs and create programmes to deliver financial results.
• To actively engage and facilitate the implementation of innovations on the sites, for products, ways of working, service models and supply chain models.
• To develop and pursue a site long term plan to prioritize and plan resources development and deployment.
• To guard and ensure the application of all Company policies and Governance requirements.
The right candidates must:
• Possess a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, Diploma Production Management
• Possess computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess 15 years working experience 4 of which must be in similar role
• Have the capability to grow on the role.
• Have broad manufacturing experience not only in refining but in foods.
• Have West African exposure.
• Have edible oil experience but be broader and be able to put TPM in.
• Have excellent Quantitative Analysis skills.
• Have knowledge of Financial Management.
