Head of Technical
The successful candidates will be required:
• To manage the Quality teams responsible to deliver quality control and quality assurance in the site.
• To manage the OSHE teams responsible to deliver Occupational Health, Safety and Environment results.
• To lead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives / options of design to process / manufacturing.
• To develop, built and make available in the organization the Product, Process and Packaging Expertise relevant to the asset base.
• To develop TPM programme and support the operations in the implementation of TPM
The right candidates must:
• Possess a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Diploma Production Management
• Possess computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess 10 years working experience 4 of which must be in similar role
• Have edible oil experience but be broader and be able to put TPM in.
• Be able to act as the training champion for the technical team.
• Have detailed knowledge of oils and need relevant experience of processing.
• Have excellent Quantitative Analysis skills
• Have knowledge of Financial Management
