Professor Emmanuel Edozien (OFR)
Chairman (76)
Professor Edozien is a former Professor of International Economics and Development at the University of Ibadan where he also served as the Dean, Faculty of the Social Sciences. He was a former Chief Economic Adviser to the President of Nigeria. He has served on the boards of many companies, both public and private, as well as chairing many government policy panels and task forces. He has consulted for international organizations, multinational companies and federal and state governments.He was appointed as chairman in 2006.

Mr Tunde Oyelola
Deputy - Chairman (61)
Babatunde Oyelola, born in 1952, is a Chemical Engineer who worked for 30 years with the PZ Cussons Group in different senior management positions and retired as the Deputy Chief Executive in 2007. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He was appointed Vice Chairman of PZ Cussons in 2008 and elected as the Vice President Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (MAN) in 2009.

Mr Mohammed Hayatu Deen

Mohammed Hayatu-Deen, also joined the board on June 1,2008 with a portfolio of diverse experience from the private and public domain. He was a former Group Managing Director and Chief Executive of New Development Co. Ltd.
He became the Managing Director and CEO of FSB International Bank Plc in 1990 and restructured the bank from an ailing federal government parastatal to the 'class' of best six performing commercial banks in Nigeria.
Currently on the board of several companies like Virgin Nigeria Airline, Securities Solutions Ltd and Advisory Board This Day Newspaper to mention but a few.

Mr Lawal Batagarawa

Lawal Tukur Batagarawa, a graduate of Engineering and in applied Mathematics from the Ahmadu Bello University, started his working career in the Katsina College of Arts, Science and Technology as a Mathematics lecturer in 1976.
His love and passion for public life found him accepting the nomination as the Minister of State for Education in 1999 and after a reshuffle, as the Minister of State for Defense (Army) in 2001. He held this position till 2003 when he became the Special Adviser on Intra-Party Relations to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; a position he held until May 2007.He joined the board on June 1,2008.

Mrs Elizabeth Ebi

Mrs. Elizabeth Ngozi Ebi, the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive of FutureView Financial Services Limited. She joined the board with effect from June 1,2008 with over 23 years of top management experience in the financial services sector. A member of the Technical Committee of National Council on Privatization from 1999 to 2006, Ebi was also appointed Director of Assurance Bank by the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), to supervise the bank's three year Privatization Transitional Programme. She is also on the board of FUG Pensions Limited, FutureView Bureau de Change, Dominion Seed Investments Limited, Gas Distribution Services Limited and Extra Oil Limited.

Mr. Paul Usoro, SAN

Mr. Usoro was educated at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He is the senior partner of Paul Usoro & Co. a law firm founded by him and which has grown to become one of Nigeria’s leading commercial law practices. Apart from being a foremost litigator, he is acclaimed as one of Nigeria’s leading communication law experts and has diverse experience and skills in commercial law. He has served as the chief legal consultant for Nigeria’s first ever spectrum auction in 2001, which produced the first set of Nigeria’s GSM operators. He has also worked with the National Assembly in producing the Nigeria Communication Act, 2003. He currently sits on the boards of Airtel Nigeria Limited, Marina Securities Limited and Premium Pensions Limited. He joined the board in July 2011.
