QA Manager

The successful candidates will be required:

• Develop and implement Customer Service Excellence and Strategy.
• Manage the Quality team to deliver quality control and quality assurance on site.
• Continuous improvement of quality.
• Ensure policies (hygiene & quality) and standards are followed.
• Conduct QA audits of suppliers and contractors.
• Manage site quality training.
• Ensure QA processes are effectively applied during production.
• Manage relationship with the Logistics Service Providers.
• Responsible for Cost effectiveness projects implementation.
• Customer / Supply Chain interface optimization (trade off evaluation of cost to service all customers)

• Develop and manage distribution cost models (use of ABC methodology) – Cost to serve
• Develop Customer Service contracts including rates negotiation and annual review thereof
• Logistics trade terms annual reviews
• Adopting a Customer Service Mindset in all our Relationships
• Adopting a Customer Service Mindset in all our Relationships
• Manage Customer Order management
• Maintain, develop & deliver relevant KPI`s and systems.
• Oversee the Customer Innovation program.
• Drive the Customer Service Mindset initiative.
• Managing the Operational Relationship with the Customer.
• Managing Customer Service Performance.

The Person: 

The right candidates must:

• Possess B.Sc. in Microbiology, B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Sc. Food Technology/Food Science.
• Possess 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar position.
• Have ability to withstand stress and pressure.
• Have experience as Quality personnel would be of value as well as experience in R&D and Manufacturing/CAT Technologies.
